Entry to teaching
The Induction Unit
The Induction Unit accompanies educators through the most significant stage of their career: starting in the job.
Why the unit exists
After their years of study, new educators, first as interns and then as teachers and kindergarten teachers at the start of their path, meet the complex and rewarding reality of the profession. The unit is here to help them succeed.
