- Target audience
Teachers and kindergarten teachers in their first year after the internship and after becoming eligible for a teaching certificate.
- Scope
30 annual hours under the "New Horizon" or "Oz LeTmura" framework, in hybrid learning, and another 20 annual hours of support in the educational institution.
- Registration fee
NIS 65, non-refundable.
- Aims
Developing a professional identity, support with dilemmas, personal and professional capability, peer groups and guidance towards the evaluation for tenure.
Attendance is compulsory
Attendance at the course is compulsory. In exceptional cases you may be absent for up to 20%, and you may not miss an online session. Receiving salary credit depends on completing the support hours and teaching in the same year.
