How to get help
- Counselling and support conversations
The Dean of Students' counsellors offer a shoulder, encouragement and support.
- Exam anxiety
Conversations and workshops for coping with exam anxiety, throughout every semester.
- Liaising with lecturers
Help with study adjustments based on assessments and medical conditions.
- Personal tutor
A student tutor helps with your studies and getting organised, at no cost.
Tips from the Dean of Students' desk
The Dean of Students' office publishes tips for effective learning, for example on "the cost of switching tasks": every switch between tasks costs mental effort, hurts concentration and lengthens the time needed. It is better to study in focused blocks without interruptions.
